Lots of artifacts after latest beta build?

Anybody else noticed a problem with artifacts after downloading the new beta? I'd have problems with it once in a while which would necessitate a reboot of the game, but lately it's happening all the time. Rather annoying.

Running a 580 with the 296.10 drivers.
