Connecting failed

Hello, i can join any server, dayz, dayz epoch and such.

 

but when my friend hosts his own server, it gives me connecting failed.

 

 

 

Any tips?

might be his server not working right or something dont think its on your end,can anyone play on his server?

How is he hosting the server?

if he is hosting it simply from his own connection then there's either a. too little bandwidth to support you or b. a firewall preventing outside connections. if he is actually in possession of a proper server box then it could be a qwhole host of problems that i have no clue about :)

others can join the server no problem, its only me.
