Error on joining any server

First thing to do I guess would be answer these:

I purchased the steam version

I am not sure which patch version I am running

I am using Dayz Commander

Error I am getting:

Once I click continue I then go to the dayz menu.

My pc specs:

 

2.66ghz i7

I forget what graphics card but I am fairly certain this isnt a hardware issue

 

I am running windows 7
 

I have tried:
completely removing dayz
reinstalling dayz

installing dayz through steam
installing dayz through commander

 

I still get this same error no matter what I do.
I would greatly appreciate all help, thanks.

right click arma 2 > properties > local files > verify integrity of the game cache. Run A2 then Run OA, then run A2 OA combined operations.

Searching doesn't hurt.

Thanks, Im giving that a go now. I am sure there was another thread somewhere on here just like this and believe me when I say I tried to search for one but I came up empty. I have been sitting at my computer for the past 2 hours trying to figure this out.
