Remove the broken legs mechanic.

Recommended Posts

I understand why this exists if you fall of a high place or something, but broken legs from zombies? come on guys. I have never seen a zombie swipe at my legs so why are they breaking them...

If at all, broken legs from zombies should be an extremely rare occurence.

I'm not bitching about this mechanic, just posting this in the interest of realism.

Yeah, I agree. The zombies obviously swipe at your throat and chest, so broken necks and fractured ribs should happen a lot more often (stopping any sprinting, and in some cases, breathing).

Or... You can deal with crawling for miles (or restarting).

I think it's a case of making zombies more dangerous, regardless of realism.

In terms of realism, I agree, it's silly. It would make more sense for the player to suffer a headwound that temporarily sends them to the ground.
