How do you tag as friendly in dayz epoch?

There is no documentation anywhere on this yet people do it, HOW? thanks

 

EDIT: Apparently you are supposed t use your scroll wheel but my friends and I cant find it, We are running the latest dayz epoch server and clients

Edit: Adding "You can't find it" doesn't change the fact that we are not affiliated with the Epoc mod team in any way, shape, or form any further than their mod uses the one we enjoy as a basis, and to take care of all the hard work so they can add in silly things like friend tagging and claim to be the greatest thing since *analogy items go here*
