Custom buildings spawn players in debug plains

So I edited my mission.pbo file to include some custom buildings (some barracks, fire stations and medical tents) and after I successfully got them into the game it made freshly spawned players and those who re-spawn start in the de bug area west of kamenka. I'm not sure what is doing this and I'm having trouble finding any sort of information on this as well so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
