Authentication Failed

In short, I updated to 1.8 and when i tried to join a server, it tried authenticating for a minute or two then said it failed and to try reconnecting. I did so 5 times with the same result. Anyone know a fix?

 

P.S.  I was playing on the prior patch fine then logged out and updated. Since I have downloaded 1.8, my authentication has been failing.

I have the same problem, I own a DayZ.st server and when loading in I get a requesting authentication then retrying authentication. The Error "Authentication failed, disconnect and try agian" appears then it takes me back to the game lobby. This only happens on my server all other servers I get in without a problem.

I get stuck in a constantly repeating cycle of "requesting authentication" and "retrying authentication" which ultimately times out and returns me to the lobby...  any help here would be friggin fantastic!

My partner has the same. mostly annoying. Checked all of files against each other, reinstalled ..yadda yadda yadda.
