Hey guys, I'm a fairly new player. Me and my friend are playing LAN just myself and him, and on the Radio Menu it says "Change Time" and "Change Player Model" but whenever either one of us clicks them, they say we are missing files. We have the mission files and such, how do we get these to work?

Also, I was playing on someone elses server and the change time worked for me even thought I wasn't host, but the model change wouldnt let me, still said missing files. That server also had a spawn items option, how do I get all these in my LAN server?
