epoch base layout/ideas

Recommended Posts

I like building epoch bases as time consuming as it is. here is my setup.

garage-one big door long, locked. able to fit 4-ish large vehicles. side door (preferably locked) leading to main base. people size.

first floor-no windows! essential, easy to get killed if you have first floor windows. No door either. not always enetable just someplace to put things.

second floor-a couple windows room for safes/tents.

third floor- windows/ third walls to shoot out/over. sunshade/large forest netting. for a roof hard to see though from the air able to shoot out of.

supply crate and workbench on floor one.

*locks are a rare drop from buisness suit zombies, you might be able to buy them but im not sure.

door is on floor 2 stairs leading up.

If possible and i have not fully done this yet cinderblock walls around base with rusty gate as the gate.

I am going to  build several Sheds which hold a good deal of gear for the less important things, wrap them in concrete walls with a locked door. That way I can have a lot of storage for a lot cheaper than multiple safes. I will still have safes for a few choice pieces of gear.

sheds are good but unless indoors tend to get raided alot. one metal shed holds alot and a safe for the good gear works for me most of the time. Me and my friend both have a personal safe and a shared one.

This is why they will be wrapped in Concrete Walls. I suppose I should have mentioned a Locked door. :)
