I regularly play this server and have no idea why i would receive a ban. I generally play friendly and have been playing this server for a while.

It says Select Player violation.

I just do not get this.

I got this after killing one person in elektro with a DMR.

This is really getting on my nerves now.

I was not insulting other players or spamming chat in anyway. I just claimed the kill when someone asked. At the same time another player was spamming chat bragging about tricking the player I killed and saying he killed him, btw his name started with a B. Yet I get banned. Jimmy has been busy and cant handle these situations and as a result some lower admin is acting out. I would really like to play on this server without needing to appeal bans every other day. I am not hacking and I killed another player. This needs to stop.

You're welcome to PvP as much as you want.  It's a Vanilla server, and people expect it.  We don't try to make rules about *how* people play--we just don't allow any b.s. to go on as far as harassment, racial slurs/slang/jokes, or excessively crude discussion.  

 

You've been unbanned, I think.  You didn't supply me with a valid GUID, or your in-game name, so I am unsure as to which ban was yours.  If you cannot get in the server, just PM me with this information and I'll make the necessary changes.  Thanks for playing US3480, and thanks for taking the time to bring this up respectfully.

How did I lie to an admin.

What did I do TG Triton? Did I just pm the admin and say "hey I didn't hack, dont check the logs just trust me, unban me."? Like how the fuck did I lie and get unbanned.

What admin would just believe a suspected hacker without checking the logs. Please stop making things up.

I asked jimmy to look into his server and told him what I did and what you had accused me of.

Stop being so unspecific and actually bring up evidence. I am truly dissapointed by the way you admin TG Triton. 

I spawned in, shot one guy with a DMR and was banned.

The only reason I have no posted a formal server complaint is because every other admin but you has won my respect for being kind and fair.

You on the other hand seem to have a vendetta against me and I have no idea why.

PVP is part of the game and all I did was PVP one fucking person.

- Their are only two reasons why you, as a server owner, should ban a player on your server. Those two reasons are: Malicious talk, and racism. You may not ban a user for stealing your loot, killing you, spying on you, etc.

- You may only kick for disruptive behavior (such as continued VOIP over side channel). But you may not kick due to race or language or because the person does something you do not like.

- Kicking for extremely excessive ping or desync is permitted, but if abused is grounds for blacklisting

Each time you log in you are on an  inaccessible roof top with a full kit sporting a sniper rifle.

Each time you are shot you alt f4 and disconnect only to return minutes later doing the same thing.

You bring non legit gear that flags you in the logs very often.

You try and hide these facts by using 4 or 5 different names.

 

6000+ servers out there you will never see me on another.

I had a friend at work randomly disappear (Cant remember his name), kind of like getting banned I guess. He never got a chance to appeal though...
