Epoch base disappears!

Does any one else have this problem? Does anyone know of a fix? Sick of my base being 'cleaned up' by the game and disappearing.

Maybe you should read the Wiki for Epoch. It's probably a server setting so either play on a different server or if you own it go figure the settings out, they have a section on configuring that sort of thing. In other words, RtFM.
