Need Help with SQL file

Okay so we changed who we host our servers thru. And have been having some serious issues with the MySQL database. I don't acutally handle that part of the server. My boyfriend does. But he had me post :D So I prolly sound like a complete noob! But that is okay. Just want to get our server back up and running. So if anyone knows anything about MySQL could you please respond, and possible get on TS or Skype with my boyfriend to help him fix it?!?! :D
