What was your most memorable "Buddy" Story?

Mine was in Prigorodki, I had just spawned, ran North into Prigorodki and saw a huge loot pile inside the barn, presumably from someone who had dropped it. Here is a picture I took of the odd loot pile:

I proceed to take the stuff and as I am crossing the road I look to my right and see something and a zombie. Not knowing what I had seen, I hit the reverse-walk and see it is a man with an m16! I sprint to the warehouse with all I have and turn around, screaming like a 5 year old girl "FRIENDLY! AHHH." At this point I had an m16 too from the loot pile, and got ready to take the shot as he ran in behind me, but he Q - E wiggled as did I, and thus began our friendship.

His name was Bryan, he did not have a microphone, but typed in chat. He asked if I wanted to go with him to a mountain between Cherno and Electro to see if there were ATV's. I excitedly accepted the offer. Here are some pictures of the run (exciting I know)

We made our way to Electro, running around plundering everything and killing..ALL..the zombies. Once we got to the school, I noticed movedment on the Northern-most firestation. I said "Bryan, you got binoculars? Check out that firestation, there's a dude, should we kill him?" He says "idk" and I state that I'm a terrible shot, but if he wants to take it, he can.

Bryan points out that there were 2 people also running towards us from the firestation. We start scrambling, and I try to yell across to them. One had a huge sniper I later found to be a DMR, and the other was bare. As they tried to get in the door, the one with no items must have tripped or something, because he died a few feet from the door, eaten alive by zombies. I was trying to whisper to Bryan, saying in a hushed voice, "should we kill them man?" but I stopped after that knowing that the guy could probably hear me.

He came up the stairs, we killed his pursuing zombies, and we talked for a moment. He said that he was livestreaming. As I tried to ask for the link, he ran out towards the church. That is not the last we will be hearing about this guy though.

Me and Bryan ran into the Orange Building across the road South of the School, and I was getting shot at as we were looting it, Bryan was in the other room so I ran into it, and we lay in either corner staring at the doorway across from us. He entered the building and I unloaded about 9 burst sprays into him. That was the end of that random bandit.

We then proceeded to the Hospital right next door. We were on top, and I decided to check out the Firestation. I saw 2, then 3, then 4 people on it! Every new person my voice got higher as I called them out to Bryan. It turns out one of them had a DMR. I asked if we should take the very long shot, or run over to them. Before I knew it, Bryan was going down the ladder, and I see in chat; "Bryan: Go Big or Go Home."

Bryan was about 50 feet in front of me by the time I got down the ladder. When I finally got to the bottom of the firestation I heard the group up top, and I was asking if they were friendly. They said yes, but hurry up here because I was attracting zombies. I quickly climbed the ladder, and saw my friend Bryan up there with them.

This time there were only 3 other people, 2 americans and a german plus me and Bryan. I guess the 4th one logged off or left. One of the men had a DMR, one had an m16, the other had a Makarov. They were frantic with fear as the zombies crowded below. Wanting to be the hero, I tried pressing V near the wall at and angle to jump on the little wall, and shoot the zombies. I accidently fell to my death, as I heard them asking what just happened.

I spawned near electro, ran back, and got in the bottom of the firestation again. I saw the German guy in the bottom, and he insisted that I follow him, so I complied. We went out of the firestation into the little courtyard.

Something was terribly wrong, I didn't see Bryan. I asked where he was, and they said he got sniped. I believed them at the time, and ran to my body, noticing that they probably looted it, not knowing if I would be back. I turn to follow them as they exit the firestation, and before I could reac-CRACK! I was shot in the face.

I now knew that they had shot Bryan. I went on twitch.tv and looked up DayZ, hoping to find them, and withing a minute I did! I proceeded to follow them up to Stary Sobor. When they found out it was me, they felt reassured to see a familiar face instead of a random stream sniper.

I did not wish to shoot them and become a bandit. So they merely said whats up and ran out towards me. I was curious of there intentions as they lay down and look at me, so I ran! I went to there stream to see them saying, there he is! But they were in a forest so I figured it was just lagging and it wasn't me they saw.

I went back into the game, looked behind me, and there was the forest, and sure enough, 3 people with guns. They started firing. I rolled and lived for about 10 seconds, but one of the bullets finally hit me in the head.
