edlin 0 Posted June 20, 2012 Love the addition of the MR43 as many people (myself included) love to shoot clays or game.An O/U sporter would be pretty cool too.The sight picture of the MR43 is slightly wrong though.The rule of thumb that applies to all sporting O/U shotguns and sideXsides (50/50 or 60/40) is that if you place a £1 coin on the top rib as far towards the shooter as possible, the shooter should be able to see the bead resting on top of the £1 coin if the gun is mounted properly (as pic shows).Minor detail also is that the rib should be a slightly lighter shade than the barrels as it usually has some kind of anti glare or machine milled finish.free image hostingForgot to add... the trigger reset on the weapon should be instantaneous too like a semi auto.
