White dots on everything

So my game is still playable but it is so incredibly hard to see anything especially when im in a field of grass. I have these terrible white dots just completely covering my grass and other plants. Also the textures look like everyone is covered in clay. I have retail Arma2OA, and Steam version Arma2. I have tried messing with resolutions and graphics settings but the white dots always persist.

(sorry for the crappy screenshot, i had to window mode it, then printscreen and paste it to paint. If anyone could tell me how to take a proper screenshot too that would be much appreciated.)
