How to do the server data exchange

Hi guys, me and my friends are starting to run two Dayz overwatch server. and it's looking good. so we wan't to make the server data can be exchange, so the people in the first server can also play their same stuff in our second server. but we don't know how to do it, so we want to ask you guys about how to do it. Thank you!

 

our server: Dayz undead rising US001  IP:216.244.86.234:2322

                  Dayz undead rising CN1      IP:112.225.169.45:2303
