Beta 108074 and 1.7.7

Hey guys i'm just wondering if installing the 108074 beta patch will mess up my current DayZ install (1.7.7)? Also does anyone know if 1.8 will run on this patch or what?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but i didn't know where to put it.

as far as im aware 1.8 will run off 103718.

 

103419 is most optimal for 1.7.7 / 1.7.7.1

Use the recommended one, there is no reason to use it yet as 1.7.7 and 1.7.7.1 haven't been fixed up for the latest beta. That said, I certainly have no problems with it, but it will throw a lot of errors and performance won't be quite as good.
