Should there be an Admin text channel?

Since Side and Global channels are effectively gone I'm struggling to understand how one would contact an admin if they spot any unfair play e.g. hacking / spawn killing.

This may also lead to an increase in players abusing / breaking server rules, as the prevalence of such activities can surely no longer be monitored?

Should there then be a channel that people can use to talk directly to an Admin if they're online?
