Infection cough needs change

Rocket,

Please consider adding an icon or changing the temperature icon to display when you are infected. The cough is extremely irritating. I've spent hours now looking for antibiotics, and I still have not found any. My friends literally complain when we play because they too are annoyed by the coughing sound.

At the very least, consider making a change so the cough sound effect doesn't play so frequently. It's extremely irritating (yes I know I repeated myself).
