Should take a little look around the Private Hive section bud; there's a bunch of good communities out there that'll welcome you with open arms. It's a good way to create your own little team with the server regulars!

 

I'd personally recommend MustyGaming/ExposedGaming servers if you're interested in the Epoch sub-mod, which is extremely fun. A great community of people to play with, and good numbers on their servers.
