No, you're running a really old CPU without a dedicated graphics card. I'm surprised you can run the game at all, never mind with low FPS.

But as mZLY said, you don't have a dedicated graphics card, you're lacking strongly in the RAM department, and you have a outdated weak CPU.

I play at 20 FPS when I'm lucky and I'm pretty good at the game...

Well guys, it's not as bad as you describe it methinks. Yes, he does need a discrete gpu but as far as cpu and ram well it can work. I'm playing on a e8500 (dual core 3.16 ghz) with 4gb of ram, but since I'm on 32bit xp it sees only like 3.2 gb. And I can play fine on medium/high settings. So if he gets a gpu I think he will be able to play on low/medium settings.

You'd be surprised, people play this game integrated graphics and shit CPUs all the time, but don't expect more than 20 fps average.
