custom inventory colour

Hey peeps I have seen on a live streamers dayz session his inventory is a different colour. Normal one is a army type green his is dark grey.

My question is this how has he done it , I want it :)

It could be that he's just playing a different mod. DayZero gives you a metallic dark grey inventory background. It's probably that.
