Current installed version: 1.7.1.4 / 93825

Server(s) you were on: 'ZA1', 'FR4', 'UK 26'

I'm able to connect to nearly all servers running my current version. However I can't connect to servers 'ZA1', 'FR4' and 'UK 26' which also run this version and have people playing there.

When I try to connect to these three servers I first get the message "Joining server" for 15 sec and afterwards a "connection failed".

I was able to connect to 'ZA1' while this server was running on 1.7.1 and this server specifically has a very good ping for me.

Firewalls on both PC and Router have been disabled. I use the Steam version with ARMA & ARMA:OA.

Any idea what else to check?

I see that I get a "NAT Negotiation failed (NNThink - result 3)" in the .rpt every time I try to connect to ZA1.

I have this exact problem. Tried everything that Chris tried and nothing worked. I also cannot connect to those exact servers but every other server works perfectly.

Another remark: I also tried two different routers.

I finally solved it. Well sort of. If I configure my router to place my PC into the DMZ it works like a charm. I really don't get it - why the FUCK does it not work if the firewall on the router is disabled but only if I put the PC into the DMZ???

What brand of Router do you have, Netgear by any chance?
