Running Operation arrowhead to play DayZ Error

Before we start here are my computer specs

AMD Athalon x64 dual core processor 5200+

ATI Raedon HD 4550

3 GB of ram

Windows 7 32 bit

I am going to upgrade soon, but that's not the point, although it may be the problem. The error i get contains the following text

" No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow' "

And then after i click on the icon in the bottom screen

" Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0 "

And then it closes, i have not tried to do anything to fix it yet, although it's most likely my graphics card OR processor, from what little knowledge of a computer i have. I am thinking of getting this graphics card to fix the issue

My budget is somewhere around 320$-350$. I am planning to play DayZ Quite a bit, so if anyone has a good but cheap link to a good graphics card or processor that runs it well, posting it below would be great! Thank you for any future feedback!
