I play ArmA2 since it came out. In the mod Domination there are some side-missions. When you complete it successful you get a small reward. How about implementing such side missions in the game. Maybe it will be triggered when you look for loot and find notes or something else.

Nah, I don't like that idea. It would make the experience too "gamey" when it should just be an immersive survival experience.
