US 27 Name Kick?

I joined the server US27 with the name "ликвида́торы Обливион Книгхт", only to receive this kick: http://i.cubeupload.com/aKioAP.png

My question is, are they allowed to do this? It seems pretty bullshit that I'm being kicked for my name.

Reading through the server hosting rules, they are not allowed to do this.

"- You may only kick for disruptive behavior (such as continued VOIP over side channel). But you may not kick due to race or language or because the person does something you do not like."

Every time I try to join I am kicked for the same reason. I am not disrupting anybody with a Cyrillic name.

Most likely that is being caused by our BEC application. I didn't think we had the forced ASCII characters turned on but, it might be. I'll have to check the server tonight when I get home from work.

If you want to get in before then you could always change your name to 'Liquidator Oblivion Knight' as I believe that is the appropriate translation.

At least it just wasn't some administrator who felt as if people weren't allowed to have non-ascii names.

I'll change my name until the Forced-ASCII thing is turned off.
