items that could stack in real life

im pretty sure its hard to make,since Dayz is not even official mod(as of i know) but maybe there is some way to make in-game life a lil bit easier by stacking items such as : bandage,raw\cooked meat,e-pin,morphine and maybe bullets for cz550\lee?
