GLITCH: anyone witnessed this before?

I appear to have died, and re spawned without logging as a separate [mostly] invulnerable character. Even the zombies wont touch me. Instead of dying I am in a state of forced paralysis. Hilarity follows.

strange, i've seen something similar, but you were able to die and respawn normally..what happened when you logged back in?
