Need help setting up a sever hosted by HFB

Greetings Community!

 

This is my first time posting here on these forums. I have recently rented a Dayz Private server Via HFB after reading many sites for feedback. I am a relatively novice Admin when it comes to servers but i am a fast learner  ;)  I was Inspired to do this after experiencing this server which i am hoping to recreate with my own twists to play with my friends and others.

 

I am trying to make a server on the Chernarus map that has the Epoch Mod enabled and the ability to unlock "banned vehicles" (Such as the ones that Rmod2.1 makes avaliable)

 

I quickly learned when making the server it was not able to simply do this on it's own without the proper knowledge. And that i would likely have to add all the custom mods myself, and just use a standard Chernarus map pack offered by HFB.

What I have Learned so far via searching is that it is possible to Unbann Vehicles where all players who log onto my server can see/and use them without the use of Rmod.

 

So what I am trying to Determine is the following:

 

How do I properly set up a Server on Chernarus Map - With Epoch Added?

Where can i find the "dayz_anim" file on HFB as listed in this guide here?  http://opendayz.net/threads/spawning-banned-vehicles-in-dayz-with-no-rmod-reality-servers.8855/

How do I go about adding things such as Sarge AI, Custom Weapons, Lighting in houses at night, Self Blood, Towing and so on? Are these just simply mods i must download and add?

 

Hopefully I will be able to find my answers here, I am avalible to talk on TS3 or other comms as well for explanations.
