Can you guys tell me if 1 of them combat logged? & If he did will he spawn at the same location alive?

I was looking around Cherno w/ my sniper rifle and decided to go to the Market to grab food and drinks. I was then heading towards and ATV I noticed b4 heading towards the market. I noticed a truck and started shooting at it w/ my Sniper Rifle!
