fleadok@gmail.com 0 Posted August 16, 2013 I have an m4a3 CCO and when I shoot like 50m away I have to aim at the knees because it shoots so high, is there anyway to adjust this? When I first got it it was shooting fine
Devon206 (DayZ) 77 Posted August 17, 2013 No way to adjust this, the only way to do this is by Zeroing, but that's not available on the weapon, it's automatically on 100 or 300 zeroing I believe so that can mess you up.
Skat3rat 1633 Posted August 17, 2013 Are you using Stanag SD with that M4A3? SD ammo makes the bullets go higher than where you aim.

Jordan* 277 Posted August 17, 2013 Yep. You CAN use the SD rounds in a non SD weapon, but it reduces accuracy. If you must use the rounds, I usually save them for a CQB, spray and pray situation, when I need to put the shots dead on target.

Dagwood 680 Posted August 17, 2013 I would recommend only using SD rounds from a non silenced weapon on infected at point blank range. If they are more than 10 meters away you need to aim for the heart and they should hit right on target. Firing any distance more than that and using SD rounds is a waste of ammunition. I've never used them in this way for pvp purposes but I'm sure you could get away with it if you're a complete savage.
duong0111 9 Posted August 17, 2013 Aim for the middle of the body, double tap. Adjust fire and fire for effect. Rinse and repeat.Works every single time for me.
