Crossbow Server, need help finding

Hi guys new to the game been playing bout a month. 

 

So I'm kind of bad at the game, and the only weapon I'm good at using is the compound crossbow (I have one in real life)

I'm just wondering does anyone know what this server is called or of any server that gives you a crossbow as starting gear.
