Breaking Point: Not Found

I have the Breaking Point launcher and when I go to Install/Update it says Breaking Point is not found. When I click Install/Update for Breaking Point it verifies it instead of installing it because when I checked I have the @BreakingPoint folder in my ArmA 2 OA folder. When I try entering any servers using the launcher or DayZ Commander though it goes into the server for about a second and then boots me out to the menu. Any ideas of what's wrong?

Yes, delete the launcher and get a new one at their site.

I have done this multiple times. About 12 actually.

Make sure your firewall isn't blocking the download (that's what mine was doing). If it is make an exception for the site. 

 

Also if your still having problems you cant resolve you could just play overwatch. Its very similar and no where near as buggy.

It asked if I wanted to let my firewall make exceptions. I accepted. Would you say overwatch is better?

I have tried to play breaking point multiple times, and everytime i have given up in disgust. Its just to glitchy and full of bugs for me to find enjoyable. Thats for me though. Some people have no problems with the bugginess.

That being said I personally find Overwatch a much more enjoyable mod. It is very similar in that it has heaps of new weapons and vehicles and the like but without the glitchiness that is Breaking Point. So i guess short answer to your question, Yes, overwatch is better IMO.
