I just got banned from WoW, so is this game good for?

I just got banned from World Of Warcraft after "role playing" a Rouge, but apparently conning other players to part with their gold is classed as cheating?!?! Anyways I am now looking for a game where i can ruin other people's fun. i currently have a lot of free time. I mainly want to cause other players to be frustrated and not enjoy the game.

Is this a good game to buy where I have a lot of way's I can torture the other human players and make them waste hours of their lives?
