The place to be if you're looking for a scrap on The Resistance server is Elektro. It spawns roughly 15 groups of NPC's of various sizes meaning there can be up to around 30 NPC's after your beans at any one time. They are armed to the teeth, with military grade gear and the occasional fifty.

 

I decided I would gear myself up and head to elektro to see if i can break 100 kills (bandits and murders combined)
