Howe and were do I get what I need to play the other types of maps/modes. warning I am a noob at computers so please be patient.

Are you asking how to download DayZ? If so download DayZ commander, easiest way for DayZ.

 

If you want to get in to other mods for Arma 2, you will need to start making your own modfolders.

 

Just google both things, you will find what you need.
