BEC Issues on our server.

Yesterday the BEC on our server stopped working and now we cant turn it back on.

 

 

11:00:04 : Lost Connection!
11:00:04 : Closing socket & exiting!
11:00:25 : Rcon client logging in
11:00:25 : RCon admin #0 (*****ip*******) logged in
11:00:26 : RCon admin #0: (Global) Initializing Bec
11:00:27 : RCon admin #1 (*****ip*****) logged in

12:14:20 : Lost Connection!
12:14:20 : Closing socket & exiting!

 

thats everything the log says. when i press the start button on the BEC controlpanel it just start loading and notting happends.

our server is hosted @ xstreamgaming.

does anyone know how i can get it started again?   the start button does notting.
