connection to server lost, not responding and frequently freezing

hi,

about 3 weeks ago i was able to play arma 2 online ok but noe when i play wasteland or dayz (havent tried others) my screen freezes and my friend tells my that my client is not responding and then i lose connection to server. sometimes if i wait long enough it shows me that im back in the game and after like 15 seconds it gives the no message recieved thing. sometimes i can play fine with no lag but it would freeze ever 5-25 seconds and unfreeze after about 10 seconds.

could someone help me please?

Specs:

Xfx Amd Radeon HD 7850

AMD FX4100 OC to 4.0Ghh

4gb ram at 1333

250gb HDD

Good internet connection (wireless 52-78mbs)
