Stuttering problem in-game

Your specs seem fine, what are your in-game settings?

 

Do you get this on other servers? Or only this one? Does this happen on other games?

I did but somehow it got fixed, now its back again :/ I've tried everything from the lowest graphic settings to the highest, it doesn't change my fps or the stuttering..

Try playing on other servers, you might just be lagging from having really high ping or the server you are playing on is generally laggy.
