I have setup BEC on my server, but it's not working. I don't mean specific things, I mean the entire program, the scheduler, nothing. I can't even use the public uptime or help commands. Looking in the log, it appears as though the server is checking the files, because I was getting errors before when the scheduler couldn't parse, and I fixed that, but I am still getting nothing.
