Playing Requirements Question

Hello there. Today I bought Arma: OA since I wanted to play DayZ, I was told it would run with the legit OA and Arma 2 Free. Now I experienced quite some trouble.

Files that need to be deleted like glt_missilebox.pbo and glt_missilebox_config.pbo.

When I deleted these I need to delete even more files. and when I use DayZCommander it says I didn't purchase Combined Operations.

I hope someone can help me soon :)
