Some vehicles not showing up on Overwatch server

Hello, recently I have been running an Overwatch server and it's owrking well, but I have one problem, some of the vehicles aren't spawning. For example the HMMWV_Avenger, or C130, or multiple jets, they all show up spawned in the database but they are not on the server (possibly invisible, but then I would be able to collide with them)

Is this BE restriction of those vehicles, are they banned from DayZ, or what is the problem? And how can I fix it?
