how do I made weapons show up in weapon creates?

I am running a server and was trying to place the weapons creates in

 

my server version is 1.7.6.1

 

I added them in the 3d editor, and imported them via control center.

 

the weapon creates show up, but there are no weapons inside.

 

please help

Are you using addWeaponCargo?

im adding them with the 3d editor they show up on the map but they are empty.
