Spawn with no equipment

For a few days now, everytime i respawn i only get a band-aid, painkillers and a flashlight in the bag. Not even a weapon.

Nothing unusual happened when i died the first time, killed by a zombie.

Reinstalled everything but that still didnt fix it.

Does anyone know what could have caused this?

read the patch notes when you die you start of with no gun only a flash light so get your ass moving into towns and cities and find a gun :DDDD ;)
