itamar (DayZ) 13 Posted August 2, 2013 I want to play in a server and a one that when i log out i can log in to other server and continue from same place and same items. As i understand, it called public server. I don't know how to find those servers, and all of the servers i see are private hives. I want to play in a server where the map is the original chernarus and nothing like island and buildings have been added. rn_max 202 Posted August 2, 2013 Generally speaking, along with the 'hide unofficial' filter tag, public servers have the following propertes - They only run these mods - ArmA2: DayZmod, @hive and usually expansion/beta (for BAF lite and PMC lite content). Both official hives, both vanilla (no mods etc.) both full of audacious gasbags like myself who are willing to screw around.
