New Flashlight Item/Tool/Other

It would be cool if there was a flashlight that took a binocular slot that maybe sits on your chest or head.

Pressing a button turns it on similar to NVG's or Binocs. That way we could fight and see with a flashlight.

It would be rarer than a normal flashlight, but less rare than NVG's sort of a midway between being defenseless and being a night god.

Thoughts?

(Apologies if it's been suggested I searched through 5-10 pages and didn't see anything)
