Squad Logo dosnt show ingame

Hello dear DayZ fans.

yesterday i tried to start up my squad team with some help from the internet.

the xml file worked and after i uploaded all my files and paa. to my website it just worked!

when i was ingame all my info came up and also my logo, but then i wanted to change the logo.

Ever since i havnt been able to make it work again. all my info and stuff still shows up ingame, but the logo dosnt.

my logo is 256x256 paa file linked correctly to the xml, and uploaded to my website.. still dosnt work.

pls help me with this issue
