I've read in a recent interview, that Rocket wants to add the ability for players building their own cabins sometime in the future. Which I think is awesome. But, I think it would be even cooler if had the choice to build small underground bunkers as well. Imagine having all your guns, mounted onto a wall to showcase

Also, I don't know how Rocket intends for us to build our cabins, but if if it involves us farming materials from a lumber yard, then theres no reason why we can't do the same with concrete bags and scrap metal from industrial areas.

Allthough the concept is good, doing this would mean we would have to be able to outright "change" the map itself, as we are removing part of the ground and putting bunker there. I do not think thats possible to do.

It would be just a hatch above ground, and then proceed through a quick loading screen, loading you into the bunker. No different then player housing in most video games.

I love the idea and I myself can think of many additions to it, but unfortunately modifying terrain is impossible as of now,as is adding a loadable area, as far as I know.
