DayZ Origins Losing Character Data

Hello folks,

 

It has been about a week since I started playing Origins and I already have 2 characters lost in different servers. I don't know why is this happening but this must be solved since it ruins everything. I read it somewhere, that closing all other applications would be a solution, but it isn't. It's very annoying when you lose all your stuff when you have valuable equipment. Does someone know a solution for this?

Sounds to me like different hives but this is Origin related so sod it :)
