US 3480 Ban Appeal

Hi, today me and my friend were playing on US 3480 server for a short while. My friend was then killed by someone which was no big deal, but then when he tried logging back on it said "admin ban - temp ban spam"

 

We thought that there was some mistake and then I typed in side chat asking how long are temp bans and then suddenly the same thing happened to me.

 

I'm not sure what we did wrong or if there was some sort of mistake but this is our favorite server so any help would be greatly appreciated our names on the server are Carlos and Ramon.

Temp bans for spam typically don't last long--just enough time to get everyone to stop yelling "stay out of sidechat!".  For some reason, people think that by yelling into side chat, it will somehow get other people to stop using side chat. 

 

In any case, sorry for the confusion--glad to see you're joining us in US3480!

Hi My in game name is Alex and I was banned today and i know why. My previous account for arma was stolen and got my battle eye perm banned from any server. So I had to buy another account. Now I have to change between accounts when I play dayz. I accidentally logged on with my old account and giving me the standard message of Battle eye saying I've been banned. And the message gets displayed on the server that "Alex has been banned by Battle eye" and one of your admins say that. Then I change my account and log on to the server and I typed in chat "Is anyone friendly and I still had my name Alex and then an admin banned me. So I'm asking to be unbanned because I have done nothing wrong. Thank you
